Overall Return Guidelines
These are The GLADiiUM Store’s (“The GLADiiUM Store”, “we” or “our”) Overall Return Guidelines applicable only to products that are listed on the The GLADiiUM Store website as “Sold and Shipped by The GLADiiUM Store”. All returns must meet the overall guidelines in order for the individual return policy to apply.
- All product returns require a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number.
- For U.S. customers, you may obtain an RMA number by contacting The GLADiiUM Store Customer Service through any of the methods provided on our Contact Us

- Returns for refund may be subject to a restocking fee. Read more about Refunds, Partial Refunds and Restocking Fees here.
- All products that are new with the retail packaging never opened can be returned to The GLADiiUM Store within 30 days regardless of the individual return policy.
- Products that are received by The GLADiiUM Store in any of the following conditions are not eligible for return and may be rejected:
- Any product not purchased from The GLADiiUM Store.
- Any product that does not exhibit the described reason for the return (i.e., a return initiated for a DOA product that powers on and works properly upon inspection).
- Any product with missing, damaged, altered, or otherwise unreadable serial number label, manufacturer model or part number label, and/or warranty label.
- Any product that is returned without all original packaging and accessories, including the retail box, manuals, cables, and all other items originally included with the product. Refund returns received in this condition may incur a restocking fee or be rejected. Read more about our restocking fee guidelines here.
- Any product from which the UPC code has been removed from its packaging.
- Any product that exhibits physical damage. If you received your product damaged, please read our Report a shipping problem article for guidelines and instructions on how to resolve this issue. This is would not be considered a return.
- Any product for which you have submitted a mail-in rebate.
- Any product which appears tampered, customized, or altered in any way.
Extended Holiday Return Policy
We want to ensure your holiday shopping this year is hassle-free. That’s why we’re automatically extending our return policies on almost every product! For purchases placed between November 1, 2018 and December 24, 2018, you will have until January 31, 2019 to return your product. There’s nothing additional that you have to do!

This is our Standard Return Policy. Items covered by this policy (those products for which The GLADiiUM Store states “This item may be returned for a replacement or refund within 30 days only”) must be returned to The GLADiiUM Store within 30 days of the invoice date for this policy to apply.
Please review the special notes specific for your product:
- Desktop PC, Notebooks, or Tablet PCs:
- A defective Desktop PC, Notebook, or Tablet PC that is returned for a replacement may be repaired or replaced at The GLADiiUM Store’s sole discretion, unless otherwise required by law. While we strive to adhere to our own standard RMA processing times, we cannot guarantee that these times will be met, especially in situations where the item must be sent to the manufacturer for repair. If you have a question regarding returning a Desktop PC, Notebook, or Tablet PC, please contact our Customer Service Department.
- Some computer systems will require pre-authorization from the manufacturer technical support in order for an RMA to The GLADiiUM Store to be authorized.
- For computers that have had an additional operating system(s) installed, we will provide you a replacement or refund as noted in the above policy as long as the original operating system is not corrupted or removed.
- Televisions:
- For televisions with a screen size greater than 37 inches: An adult (age 18 or older) is required to sign the shipping courier’s release form to complete delivery. It is highly recommended that you inspect the product upon delivery for visible damage. Large item shipments require that shipping damage is reported within 48 HOURS of the product’s delivery. Any damage reported more than 48 HOURS after the product delivery will not be accepted by The GLADiiUM Store for replacement or refund. After delivery, please read all included documentation and/or contact the manufacturer directly to determine applicable warranty coverage, if any. If you need to return a product that was shipped via Large Item Delivery, please contact The GLADiiUM Store’s customer service department to obtain instructions on how to return the product.
- Television and Monitor Dead Pixels:
- Televisions or Monitors with 8 dead pixels or more can be returned for a replacement within 30 days from the purchase date.
- Point of Sale Products:
- Some items are non-returnable, including software, custom labels and opened supplies (including without limitation labels, ribbons, receipt paper, receipt ribbons, print heads, card stock, RFID tags).
- Special order products are not eligible for return.
- Any product that is returned with markings or writing made by customer on the original box is not eligible for return.

This is our 45/1 Return Policy. Items covered by this policy (those products for which The GLADiiUM Store states “This item may be returned for refund within 45 days or a replacement 1 year”) must be returned to The GLADiiUM Store within 45 days of the invoice date for a refund or within 1 year of the invoice date for a replacement for this policy to apply.
Replacement Only Return Policy

This is our Manufacturer Only Return Policy. Items covered by this policy (those products for which The GLADiiUM Store states “This item cannot be returned for a replacement or refund”) cannot be returned to The GLADiiUM Store.These products are covered by a Manufacturer Warranty which can be obtained by contacting the respective manufacturer for assistance after purchase. Consumable Product Return Policy

This is our Consumable Product Return Policy. Items covered by this policy (those products for which The GLADiiUM Store states “This item cannot be returned for a replacement or refund if opened”) cannot be returned to The GLADiiUM Store.
Consumable items are items such as Printer Ink and Toner Cartridges, CD/DVD Media, Retail Packaged Software, Downloadable Software, Paper Products, etc. that are consumed once they are used.
Non-Contract Cell Phone Return Policy

This is our Non-Contract Cell Phone Return Policy. Items covered by this policy (those products for which The GLADiiUM Store states “This non-contract cell phone may be returned for a replacement within 30 days only”) must be returned to The GLADiiUM Store within 30 days of the invoice date for this policy to apply. Products covered by this return policy may only be returned for a replacement of the same item. If the original item is no longer available, a refund in the amount of the price originally paid will be issued. Products subject to this policy cannot be returned for a refund.
Services & Extended Warranties Return Policy
- Return for refund within: First 30 days
- Return for partial refund Past 30 Days: Prorated refund will be given by Warranty Provider.

This is our Services and Extended Warranties Return Policy. Items covered by this policy (those products for which The GLADiiUM Store states “This service or extended warranty can only be returned for a refund within 30 days if the service or warranty has not been used or redeemed.”) can be returned if the service or warranty has not been used or redeemed. A return must be initiated by The GLADiiUM Store within 30 days of the invoice date for this policy to apply.
International Return Policy

Items covered by this policy (those products for which The GLADiiUM Store states “This item is covered by The GLADiiUM Store’s International Return Policy”) must have a return issued through the The GLADiiUM Store Global return portal within 30 days from the order invoice date for this policy to apply. Returns are subject to restocking fees and return shipping fees. The GLADiiUM Store does NOT charge for restocking fees or return shipping fees for a return of a product that is defective or the incorrect product or where the product does not match what was shown on the The GLADiiUM Store Global website, provided the product is returned within its return policy period. In the event a product is returned that is not defective or an incorrect product or where the product does match what was shown on the The GLADiiUM Store Global website, the product will either be returned to the customer or the return shipping cost initially covered by The GLADiiUM Store will instead be deducted from the refund amount along with any necessary restocking fee that may apply. Important Information

Additional Return Information
Configurator Bundles
Items sold as part of a Configurator Bundle may be returned individually for replacement within the applicable The GLADiiUM Store Return Policy Period for that individual item.
Items sold as part of a Configurator Bundle cannot be returned for a refund.
Combo and Kit Specials
Combo and Kit Specials include two or more items that must be purchased together in order to receive a discount.
Items sold as part of a Combo or Kit may be returned individually for replacement within the applicable The GLADiiUM Store Return Policy Period for that individual item.
If an individual Combo or Kit item is returned for a refund, the applicable discount will be voided, and the discounted amount will be deducted from the amount of the refund. If your combo/kit discount amount is greater than the individual unit price of the item you wish to return, then the item cannot be returned for a refund; you will need to return all items in the combo/kit in order to receive a refund. For example, if your combo/kit discount was $5, and you return one of the items for a refund, the $5 will be deducted from your refund amount.
Manufacturer Promotional Items and The GLADiiUM Store Gifts
Manufacturers may offer free promotional items with their products. For example, a video card may come with a free game or a Blu-ray player may come with a free Blu-ray disc. To receive a full refund on a purchase that offers promotional items all items must be returned. The cost of any promotional items not returned will be deducted from the refund total.
The GLADiiUM Store may also offer gifts to valued customers for their continued support as well as for special giveaways. These gifts are not part of any purchase value and therefore do not have to be returned.
Out-of-Stock (Back-Order) Items
If The GLADiiUM Store no longer carries an item that is sent in for replacement, or if that item is simply out of stock, The GLADiiUM Store will issue you a refund. If the item is returned within 30 days of the original invoice date, a full refund will be issued. If the item was returned beyond 30 days of the original invoice date, a store credit refund at the current market value of the product will be issued. A current-market-value refund may not exceed the original invoice price.
Quantity Purchases
While The GLADiiUM Store is more than happy to fill your order for a quantity of ten (10) or more of any given item in our inventory on a single purchase order, please understand that an order of that size, once purchase is completed, is automatically non-refundable. All other specific conditions related to the ordered item still apply, including any and all stipulations relative to any available replacement return policies. Marketplace Returns
For Marketplace items, items that are sold and shipped by third-party sellers, the items are covered by the Marketplace sellers’ return policy. Additional Terms
Title. The GLADiiUM Store does not take title to returned items until the item arrives at the returns address destination. At our discretion, a refund may be issued without requiring a return. In this situation, The GLADiiUM Store does not take title to the refunded item.
Nothing in the return policy limits your rights and remedies under any law.
